Contact and resume requests

When you submit a form, Formspree receives the fields you provide, such as your name, email, company, selected interest, and message. I use them to respond to your inquiry or handle your resume request. Formspree also processes technical information to deliver submissions and prevent abuse. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Sending a message or requesting a resume does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please keep sensitive personal information out of these forms. The website does not send your form contents to an AI service.

Hosting and essential processing

Vercel hosts the site and processes requests, including network and device information, to deliver pages and protect its infrastructure. Fonts are served with the site. External links open services governed by their own privacy policies. See Vercel's privacy notice.

Optional measurement and cookie choices

On the public production site, Vercel Web Analytics can measure page visits and Vercel Speed Insights can measure loading and responsiveness after you allow each service. Preview versions keep these services inactive. Contact and resume pages are excluded from measurement. The integrations remove query strings and fragments from measured URLs and do not send form contents or record sessions.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow or reject each service independently, or to withdraw your choices. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect page access or forms. Withdrawal blocks new measurement events; it cannot recall information already sent. If you allow a service again after withdrawing, reload the page using the offered button to start a fresh measurement session.

Vercel's hosting logs and Formspree's processing for submitted forms are separate from optional browser measurement. No PostHog, Sentry, advertising or session replay service is initialized by this version.

The preference cookie

When you save a choice, fs_consent_markspirek stores your selected services and the policy revision for up to 182 days. It is scoped to this site, uses SameSite Lax, and uses Secure on HTTPS. It stores current preferences rather than a permanent consent history. Clearing cookies or a material change to the available services may cause the site to ask again. Cookie choices do not provide email marketing consent.

Use, retention, and access

I use inquiry information to respond to requests and manage related work. Service providers process information for their stated delivery, security, and measurement purposes. I do not sell your form information or share it for other companies' marketing.

I keep correspondence while it is needed for the inquiry, related work, or applicable recordkeeping. Provider retention also depends on their service settings and policies. You can ask about or request deletion of your information by email.

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive your data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Requests are assessed under the rules that apply to them.

Updates

This page shows its revision date. Material changes to optional measurement require a new cookie choice. Continued use does not serve as consent to optional tracking.
