P&G + Instacart
P&G wanted to offer regional grocery stores the ability to drive traffic to their Instacart sites while also putting the focus on P&G products.

The Challenge
P&G needed a way to connect regional grocery stores with Instacart's delivery platform while keeping the spotlight on their own product lines. The goal was to drive traffic from store-specific landing pages directly into the Instacart shopping experience, making it dead simple for customers to add P&G products to their cart.

What I Built
I created a flexible landing page system in Nuxt that could spin up branded experiences for each grocery partner. Every page pulled from a shared component library but could be themed to match the retailer's look and feel: fonts, colors, hero imagery, the works.
The best ecommerce experiences don't feel like ecommerce. They feel like a helpful friend handing you exactly what you need.
The Instacart integration was the fun part. I built a seamless handoff that let users browse P&G products on the landing page and jump straight into Instacart with their cart pre-loaded. No friction, no confusion.

The Technical Bits
- Nuxt SSR for fast initial loads and solid SEO across all retailer pages
- Tailwind CSS for rapid theming across dozens of retailer brand variations
- Dynamic routing that generated unique pages per store with shared components
- Instacart API integration for real-time product availability and cart handoff

The Result
The platform launched across multiple regional grocery chains and gave P&G a scalable way to promote products through Instacart's delivery network. Each retailer got a polished, co-branded experience without needing their own dev resources. The modular approach meant spinning up a new store took hours instead of weeks.
